The Foulées Biotoises is a popular urban trail race held in the medieval village of Biot, organized by Biot Running. The event features scenic courses through historic streets, with options for 8 km and 12 km distances, culminating in a festive finish with catering and awards.
Two liquid aid stations on each course, plus one additional aid station at the finish line. Runners must bring their own reusable cup.
Pacemakers will be present for both the 8 km and 12 km races, aligning with start waves and target times published on the race day schedule (see "Renntag für Laufende"). Pacers display Pacer flag markers to help runners maintain target pacing.
Monthly averages based on historical data (2000–present).
Masters (born 1990 and earlier), Seniors (1991–2002), U23/Espoirs (2003–2005), U20/Juniors (2006–2007), U18/Cadets (2008–2009). All categories require a valid PPS (Health Prevention Pathway) or an eligible FFA license.
