Eau disponible sur le parcours (5 km) et à l'arrivée (10 km et baby ducs). Postes de ravitaillement à l'arrivée pour 10 km.

Pacers

Pacemakers will be provided for the 10 km starting at the "10 des Ducs" gun: target splits roughly 40′ (elite), 45′, 50′, 55′, and 60′ per km for age-bracket groups. Pacers wear identifiable flags and runners may join the designated pacers at the start.

FAQ

Do I need a certificate or medical for entry?

No certificate is required for most categories. Only the "Jeunes Ducs" (born 2011–2014) requires a medical certificate. The "Parcours de Prévention Santé" option (available at registration) replaces the certificate for adults and is valid for 3 months.

How do I register and where are the race packs?

Register exclusively online via Sportips (links on the site). Race packs are picked up Saturday 11 Oct 15:00–19:00 and Sunday 12 Oct from 08:30 at Place Piquand; ID or license may be required.

Are there age categories and prizes?

Yes. Prizes and trophies for top 3 overall and top 3 per age category on the 5 km and 10 km; baby ducs and jeunes ducs are not ranked. Medals for all finishers on the 10 km.

What records are available?

4 cash prizes (€100 each) will be awarded to runners breaking the course records: 5 km women 17'14, 5 km men 14'24, 10 km women 36'39, 10 km men 30'58. Records are subject to anti-doping checks.
