What equipment is required for each discipline?
RowErg: rowing machine monitor and connection cable. SkiErg: ski ergometer with pull cord. BikeErg: stationary bike with compatible speed/cadence sensors.
Can teams split distances in the Double category?
Yes, teams may divide the 3000 m row, 3000 m ski and 9000 m bike Ergometer distances between the two participants as they wish.
Is there age restriction or ID required at check-in?
Bring a photo ID; age categories vary by discipline — see the event day programme for details.
