About
The FVS 3K Relays is a midweek running relay for men and women in clubs from the Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire area, held in Stevenage Valley Park. Teams of four run 3km legs, with mixed, senior, veteran and women’s categories, plus a short 5K course through the park.

On-course refreshment and first-aid support provided at the event.
Pacers
Pace bands and target times displayed on the day for each start wave; pacers will be present to help runners maintain their assigned pace.
