About
An off-road 5K and 10K in the Essex countryside offering a fully marshalled footpath route, free parking, bag drop, and support for the local Scout Group. Entry includes a race number and souvenir options.
Catering & aid stations
Food and Drink will be sold throughout the event at on-course aid stations.
Pacers
Pacers will be provided for both the 5K and 10K races with target times communicated at the Renntag briefing. Pacers display flags to help runners maintain their desired pace.
