An immersive trail running event in the Norwegian mountains featuring three distances, shared passion, expert lectures and expeditions, culminating in the Fýri Trail race and the "Mud & Champagne" after-run gathering.
Catering & aid stations
On-course aid stations with water, energy drinks, energy bars, and salty candy. Drinks available in creeks; use provided cups. Solid food (e.g., Goulash soup) served at after-run gathering.
Pacers
Pacemaker lines available for Elite (top-50 international), Group 1 (sub-4:00 for 29k / sub-2:20 for 18k), and Group 2 (open). Pacers identified by flags; aim to finish within target times.
