What are the withdrawal deadlines and refund percentages?
45% refundable if withdrawn by 20 Sep 2026 23:59 AEST; 22% refundable if withdrawn by 09 Aug 2026 23:59 AEST. After these dates, fees are non-refundable except where the organiser cancels.
Can I transfer or defer my entry?
Transfers/deferrals are only permitted for documented reasons (e.g., pregnancy or medical certificate) up to two years for the same event and distance; charity/deferred entries are not eligible for athlete withdrawal refunds.
Is the course wheelchair/hands-bike accessible?
The main Olympic and sprint courses are not suitable for wheelchairs or hands-bikes due to beach and terrain. The Tingirana Noosa Special Triathlon and Superkidz events are suitable for wheelchair athletes.
