An 8-week after-school program for girls in grades 3–8 that builds confidence, life skills, and community connections, culminating in a celebratory 5K event.
Pacers
The program includes pacing support for participants during practice sessions and the 5K. Trained volunteer coaches lead workouts, and volunteer pacers may be available by request to guide runners on effort and pacing by time rather than by formal pace groups.
