About

Grønliåsen Rundt is a popular and varied event held in the scenic Grønliåsen forest, offering distances for all ages and abilities — from the short Branntårnspretten for the youngest to the 10 km Rundt through rolling terrain. The event emphasizes fun, movement joy, and community in a forest setting.

Catering & aid stations

There is a drinks station at the 10 km course’s lowest point offering Maxim sports drink (orange) and water. Many volunteers and partners provide additional refreshment stands along the route.

Pacers

Pace groups are set on the race day (Renntag) with start waves aligned to target times — follow the speaker and watch for Pacerflaggen. Pacers help runners stay on pace during the main 10 km wave.
