Solo or team entry?
Either solo or team entry is allowed. Teams range from 2 to 4 athletes and teammates race the entire course together.
What should I bring?
Running gear, a mountain bike with helmet, sunscreen, and protective eyewear. Nutrition and hydration are provided at checkpoints, but having some on your bike is recommended.
Are there age restrictions?
Yes. All participants must be 18+.
How are awards given?
Awards are presented in male solo and female solo categories, overall, and specified age groups, plus 2‑, 3‑, and 4‑athlete team categories.
Do I need a porter?
Yes. Each athlete should designate a friend or family member as a support porter to carry gear at certain stages and transport the bike by car between points.
