A running festival in the heart of Ullevål with three races: Engelskmila (1609 m), Hagebyen rundt (5 km), and Halsparken rundt (500 m). Includes registration, information, and on-site activities.

Pacers

Pacemakers are announced on the race-day programme for the 5 km (Hagebyen rundt). Refer to the programme at the Löplabbet for assigned target times and pacer flags; multiple pace groups are led by designated pacers to help runners hit their target splits.

FAQ

Where can I collect my race number?

At Löplabbet, Ullevål Stadion — Wednesday–Friday during shop hours, and Saturday at the info tent at the start area (10:00 until at least 30 minutes before each start).

What time do the races start?

All races start at approximately 09:00 AM on Saturday, 6 June 2026, subject to your wave and pacer assignment for the 5 km.

Is timing provided for all races?

Timing is provided for Hagebyen rundt (5 km). Engelskmila and Halsparken rundt do not have chip timing; all participants receive a medal.

Can I walk or use a stroller/ bike?

Yes — Engelskmila welcomes walkers and participants using buggies or bicycles. The 5 km is competitive and intended for runners, but support is available at Damplassen.

Are there aid stations?

Yes — there are food and drink stations at Damplassen and along the 5 km route.
