Scenic out-and-back course on the North Shore of Oahu with ocean and mountain views.
Water stations every 2.5 km; bananas and oranges at halfway; energy gels at 15 km; finish line provides water, bananas, oranges, and light refreshments.
Pace bands provided at each start wave on race day. Recommended target times per wave: 0:55–1:30 (front), 1:31–2:30 (middle), 2:31–4:00 (back). Pacers will run with visible flags.
