HARP24 is a 24-hour charity challenge where participants run as many laps as possible of an 8 km route through the Essex countryside, supporting HARP’s work to end homelessness. It’s a flexible, team-based event with no set distance or pace, designed for any level.
Pacers
Pacer-flags will mark target paces on the course during Renntag for Laufende. Registered runners receive target times per start wave to help with pacing and effort planning. The event encourages a supportive, steady rhythm across the 24 hours.
