About
A summer running and cycling event in the Vikboland countryside near Norrköping, offering a scenic loop through fields and forest with options for runners and cyclists.
Catering & aid stations
Energy and drink stations approximately every 5 kilometers. Village shops and cooperation partners serve special delicacies along the route. Water and most stations offer sports drinks from Umara Sports. Participants receive a reusable cup; bring your own bottle. Fruit, candy, banana, cake, and more available at most stations.
Pacers
Pacers will be present on the main running and cycling courses to help participants maintain target times per start wave; follow pacers’ flags and timing. Registration and event pages list target times per wave. Pacers are expected to stay left to allow faster participants to overtake; respect pacers and other participants.
