A family-friendly, fully inclusive 5K designed for everyone, near Raleigh, NC — run, walk, roll, wear a cape, bring a stroller or invite your dog. Every step supports HBOT for veterans, first responders and survivors living with TBI, PTSD and suicidal thoughts.
Pacers
Pace groups are announced on the race day schedule (Renntag) at the event; look for pacer flag bibs and designated start waves per target times. Pacers run with their group to help maintain target pace and provide motivation.
