A popular summer running series in Oslo featuring multiple distances across June and August, organized by Gneist and sponsored by Head Energy, with a mix of 5 km and 10 km events attracting hundreds of runners.

Catering & aid stations

Vending for both 5 km and 10 km moved approx. 275 m further out on the course: 5 km vending at the height of Biltema, 10 km vending a few meters before the roundabout at Plantasjen (along Ytrebygdsvegen).

Pacers

Pacemakers are announced on the race day page (Renntag for Laufende) with target times per start wave and pacer flag guidance provided on course.
