The HeatWave Aquathlon is a new event held in the same location as the popular Frosty Aquathlon, hosted at The Littlehampton Wave pool with a run around Mewsbrook Park and the seafront promenade.

What are the age categories and minimum ages?
HeatWave (pool swim 800m): minimum age 17. MicroWave (pool swim 400m): minimum age 16.
Is on-course catering provided?
No on-course catering or aid stations are listed; competitors must manage their own nutrition and hydration.
What happens if I register and cannot attend?
Entries must be made online; no on-day entries are allowed. No refunds are possible once the entry fee has been paid. Update your attendance in Spond if your plans change to allow others on the waiting list.
Do I need British Triathlon membership or a race pass?
Yes — non-BTF members must purchase a £8 British Triathlon Race Pass with entry. Club members save on the annual affiliation via England Athletics.
What should I wear and bring?
Wear your allocated bib; bring standard aquathlon kit. Early or late returns may forfeit prizes.
