FAQ
Who can participate and what are the age limits?
Gravel races (30 km, 60 km) open to ages 14+; 100 km requires 18+. Under 18 needs parental consent. See Event FAQ for details.
When and where can I register?
Online registration open until 26.08.2026 at https://heide-gravel.de/anmeldung/. Late on-site registration may be available for a fee.
Is there catering and what are the facilities?
Yes, all participants receive finish catering. There is an on-course drink station at 25 km. Toilets and showers are available on site.
Do I need a helmet?
Yes, helmet use is mandatory for all races for safety.
What bike types are allowed?
All bicycle types are permitted; e-bikes are not allowed for gravel races (but allowed on the Family Gravel route).
