Hell on Hogsback is a brutal endurance race in Cleveland, Ohio where athletes test their physical and mental limits by grinding up one of the area’s steepest hills—lap after lap, against the clock—to give forward in a big way and #EndureForCancer. The event supports the Nelson Family Foundation, directing 100% of registrations and donations to cancer patients and families.

Pacers

Pacers will be available across multiple start waves (1-, 3-, 6-, and 12-hour challenges) to help runners maintain target times. Express your target pacer pace at registration; pacers will lead their wave at the stated target times listed on the race schedule.
