The HERO Costa Blanca kicks off the 2026 HERO UCI Marathon World Cup in Calpe/Benissa, Spain, setting the stage for a season of elite mountain bike racing across six iconic European events.
Pacers
Pacemakers will be provided for Elite Men and Elite Women at the HERO Costa Blanca. Target times are aligned with start waves shown on the race schedule: Elite women aim to finish around 11:30, and Elite men around 12:30. Pacers will help groups maintain championship-pace intensities; details are in the Renntag schedule and indicated by Pacerflaggen at the start area.
