A popular relay race held in Oslo each May with multiple distance classes for open teams, companies, Track & Field clubs, military, students, and disabilities, offering various participation categories and awards.
Pacers
Pacemakers are identified by numbered pacer bibs and follow target splits published in the race-day start schedule. Pacers lead their assigned start wave at the published time and carry a visible pacer flag; refer to the published splits and pacerflag schedule for your wave.

FAQ
When is the race day and where does it start?
Race day is May 9th, 2026. All classes except F, S, and M1 start at St. Hanshaugen (Knud Knudsen's plass). F-classes (athletics clubs), S-classes (student teams), and M1 (military) start at Bislett stadion.
How can I change my team name or who’s running which leg?
Log in with the username and password sent to the team leader upon registration at the Team login link to change team information, the team name, or add who is running which stages.
Where can I pick up my bib number?
Bib number distribution takes place at Bislett Stadium, entrance 1. Thursday, May 8th from 12:00 to 19:00 and Friday, May 9th from 13:00 to 19:00. The person collecting bib numbers must collect for the entire team and you need to know which bib number you are collecting.
What should I bring to the exchange points?
Toilets and hand sanitizers are available at all exchanges. There are also trash bins from Ragn-Sells — please use them. Luggage storage is offered at the start at Bislett and St. Hanshaugen, as well as at all exchanges along the course.
Are there age restrictions or specific classes for students and military?
Yes. For example, Teams with participants born in 1991 or earlier; Students — eligible participants are students at universities and colleges; Military — eligible participants are students at universities and colleges.
