Catering & aid stations

On-course hydration with electrolyte drink and water at aid stations every 2–3 km. Finish area offers pizza, water/Pop, fresh fruit, and granola bars.

Pacers

Pacers will lead the Half Marathon at the listed start times: 8:00 AM for 1:50 and under; 8:02 AM for up to 2:10; 8:05 AM for over 2:10. Refer to the event’s ‘Renntag für Laufende’ board for pace group flags and target times.

Register by May 14th to receive an Event T-Shirt. Entries received after May 14th will be discounted without a T-Shirt

age restriction

Half Marathon - participants must be 16 years old on race day. There is no age restriction for other races.

time limit for half marathon

There is a time limit to reach the 15km mark of 10:30AM. Participants who arrive at the 15km mark AFTER 10:30AM will be able to continue self-supported. This is due to road closure limits and the availability of Paid Duty Officers.

refund & transfer policies

Four (4) Weeks prior to Event Weekends (on or before Sundays at 11:59PM) we will extend a 75% refund on your event fees Two (2) Weeks prior to Event Weekends (on or before Sundays at 11:59PM) we will extend a 25% refund on your event fees Within Two (2) Weeks of any Event Weekend there will be No Refunds With all refunds, participants will be required to pay the processing fee How do I request a Refund? Email info@multisportcanada.com with ‘Refund Request – Event Name’ in the subject line Include a confirmation number or email address associated with the registration Eligible participants will be sent refund details to the email address and payment method associated with their Race Roster account

Registration Transfers

The following rules apply for participants who wish to transfer a registration: Sub-Event Transfers ($10.00) – You can transfer your original registration within the same event (e.g. 5K to 10K). You must complete the transfer in Race Roster. Transfer your Event HERE Participant-to-Participant Transfers ($25.00) – You can transfer your registration to another participant within the same event. You must have the email address of the recipient and complete the transfer in Race Roster. Transfers completed outside Race Roster will not be honored. Transfer your Event HERE

IMPORTANT NOTES AND TRANSFER POLICY:

Transfers MUST be completed on Wednesdays by 11:59PM - Ten (10) Days prior to an Event Weekend If there is a difference in the registration fees, you will need to pay the difference, the Transfer Fee, and applicable Race Roster Processing Fees If there is no difference in the registration fees, you will need to pay the Transfer Fee If you are transferring to a lower-priced race, no refunds will be issued If you are transferring to a race that is priced higher at the time of transfer, you will need to pay the difference Transfers into sold out events or events that reach capacity and become re-opened, is not an option We would like to kindly remind all participants there will be No Deferral option. Contact info@multisportcanada.com PRIOR to Sunday, May 18th to submit a refund request or have any difficulty transferring your registration HERE in Race Roster.

athletes with a physical disability

are strollers allowed on the course?

Strollers are allowed in the new 5km Stroller category and on the walk course. Due to safety concerns, strollers are not allowed on the other courses. Please ensure your stroller has a hand brake, tether strap and is a running stroller. Safety for all is our priority.

are pets and service dogs allowed on the course?

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed. Service animals are welcome to those who require it. Please email info@multisportcanada.com prior to the event to provide documentation.

Can i run with music?

Yes. Running with music is great for motivation, but don't let it distract you from the course in front of you! Some sections of the course allows vehicle traffic, and all athletes must be responsible for the safety of themselves and those around them at all times.

Is there a baggage check?

No. We recommend leaving all valuables in your car to avoid any loss or theft on race day.

can spectators park and attend on race day ?

Yes. Parking lots on Simcoe Street are first come first serve. We encourage spectators to use the side streets and walk up to Meridian Square to cheer on their favorite athletes. Please visit this page HERE to review the course maps and expect road closures prior to 8AM.
