The UK's Biggest Inflatable Obstacle Course Race — a fun 5K through giant inflatables with music, foam slides and a festive finish line atmosphere. Suitable for all abilities, with options for 2.5k, 5k, 10k and 15k.
On-course hydration station (water) approximately 2.5k into the route. Food and drink vendors available onsite.
Pacers will be present with pacer flagging on course. Target start waves published per distance on the event page (Flexi Wave: 2.5k/5k 09:00–14:00; 10k/15k 09:00–12:00).

Yes, please make sure you all enter the same start wave.
The Inflatable 5k is not a race. This is all about having fun & taking part with friends & family.
Want to get dressed up for the run? Go for it! We would recommend light running clothing, including a long sleeved top and good running shoes. A rain jacket is also a good idea if we have wet conditions on the day.
Yes, but why not encourage them to enter and give it a go?! Please do also share a car if possible as parking may be limited at the venue. If they come in a separate car, parking charges will apply.
Parking is charged £5 per car, please have change ready for our parking marshals.
Yes, if you don't feel like doing a particular obstacle, please check with our marshal on each obstacle before.
Merchandise must be collected on the event day from the merchandise tent.
The inflatable 5k is open for ages 5+. Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by a participating adult at all times (max 3 children per 1 adult).

You will receive your pre-event information and E-ticket via email after placing your order and on the week of the event on a Monday morning at 9am. Please ensure to have your E-ticket ready at the QR station on the day of the event, where you will receive your running bib(s). All participants will receive a finishers medal, goodie and refreshing drink at the finish line.
Yes, we will send out a pre-event information pack via e-mail on the week of the event on a Monday morning at 9am. This will include confirmation of your entry, direction maps with parking and venue details, & your start time.
This means you can start any time between 09:00am - 14:00pm if you are a 2.5k / 5k. If you are a 10k or 15k you can start any time between 09:00am - 12:00pm. Please note: The start and end time may change depending on the Event Location you are attending.
Yes, there will be a bag drop at the event centre which costs £3 per bag.
Sorry, we do not allow dogs at our events. Guide dogs and assistance dogs are permitted.
We would advise against it, however, it is your responsibility to contact a medical professional regarding this.
Yes! If you have purchased an E-Ticket but cannot find it please contact us with your entry ID and we can arrange for a replacement ticket to be sent. We can also provide assistance at the helpdesk on the day.

Yes, we have a water station approximately 2.5k around the course.
You are able to wear an action camera yes. It is your own responsibility to keep this safe and undamaged.
You can transfer your booking to another person or another inflatable event up-to 10 days prior to the event date. A £10.00 transfer fee applies per order.
Yes, ticket transfers are allowed for a £10.00 admin fee per order. If you'd like to proceed, please email us with the details.

No, unfortunately we do not offer refunds unless you have opted for Ticket Protect. We can offer to transfer your ticket to a replacement runner if we are contacted two weeks before the event you have entered, this will incur a £10.00 charge. Please read our terms & conditions for further information.
Yes, you must let us know 10 days prior to your event. We can move you to a different event for a £10.00 charge.
We will send you your result via email once the event has taken place.
Yes, you can drop your distance. You can even do this on the day of the event. All you need to do is notify a member of our team before you set off or, if you do this at the course split, please make sure to let a member of our team know at the end of your run.
Yes, you are more than welcome to upgrade your distance. Prices may vary depending on what you are switching to. You can do this on the day of the event or by emailing bookings@ukrunningevents.co.uk, and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
