The race includes a 12K Senior/Fíor Chrúa option. On race day (Renntag), reference start times by start wave for target pacing; note the 12K route includes a 2km beach/dune section and a 1km airstrip segment. Pacers/fíor chrua challengers meet at the airstrip. Aid stations provide water; no timing mats for pacers.
