Inner City Running Club are back and hosting another exciting Inner City 5K powered by Dublin City Council, on Sunday 2nd of August 2026. This year will be the 6th annual run, with a weekend full of activities and fun. Everyone who signs up receives a medal and a shirt, with refreshments and live entertainment.
Water stations provided at the end of the course; first aid available throughout the course. Portable toilets at start/finish.
Official start time is pending; historical race start has been 9:00 AM. Pre-warmup at 7:45 AM. Bag drop at 7:00 AM. Check Instagram for updated pace bands, target times, and pacers (Pacerflaggen).

The Bank Holiday event is held at Henrietta House, Henrietta Place, Dublin 1.
Bag drop usually starts at 7:00 AM on race day.
Numbers are not mailed unless you select postage for your package; there will be a collection point before the race (location TBA). Check Instagram for recent updates.
Expo will be an option to collect; location TBA.
If you forget your number, contact a steward on race day for a temporary number.
You can collect with proof of ticket; postage is available for an additional fee of 7 EUR.
The nearest parking is Jervis, Ilac and Cineworld (Parnell Centre).
Yes, water is provided at the end of the course and first aid is provided throughout the race course.
