A family-friendly 5K celebrating Italian heritage in San Pedro, Los Angeles, held in honor of the 80th Anniversary of the Italian Republic. The course winds through iconic streets with views of the Los Angeles Harbor and Pacific Ocean, featuring live entertainment, food, and festivities.

Finish line refreshments and vendor food options available for purchase; includes water, sports drink, and treated snacks.

Pacers

Pacers will be provided at the event with target times displayed on the Renntag schedule; they will lead portions of the course and are identified by Pacer flagging to help runners maintain goal pace.

Festa Italiana will take place on the Little Italy District in 6th Street between South Palos Verdes St and South Centre St.

What time will the program begin?

Festa Italiana will start at 11am; the LIVE ENTERTAINMENT program will start at 3PM.

Where can I find the entertainment lineup and performance times?

Details will be available on our website and event page; renowned Italian DJ Angelo Di Leva will spin throughout the day, alongside live performances by Opera Italia Los Angeles, Dan Russo, Daniella Morrow, and others.

Will parking be available?

Street parking is available on a first-come first-serve basis. Public parking is available at the Topaz Building Garage on Centre Street between 5th and 6th (rates: $10 flat, hours 10:30am–midnight).

Are dogs welcome?

Yes, dogs are welcome as long as they are on a leash and friendly in crowds.

Is the event free?

Entrance and entertainment are 100% free; food and merchandise are available for purchase, with vendors donating a portion to LILAA.
