About
A "Last Human Standing" backyard ultra held in Cospeda, a district of Jena, Thuringia. Participants complete hourly 6.7 km laps for up to 24 hours on a challenging mixed terrain course, with one winner remaining at the end.
Catering & aid stations
Basic course supply: drinks, fruit, vegetables, snacks. Runners must bring their own nutrition for the duration. No running water on course; toilets available on venue.
Pacers
Pacer flags and target times per Startwave are provided on the "Renntag für Laufende" page. Pacers assist with pace guidance during the event; follow designated signals and respect course etiquette.
