A community 5K race benefiting the John Shapiro Superheroes Foundation, supporting local families with children battling cancer, held at St. Helena School in Blue Bell, PA.

Yes, the course is USATF certified; dogs are not allowed for safety reasons.
Do I need to wear a race number?
Yes, wear your race number; the 5K is chip-timed, and your chip time is what counts for age group awards.
What if I can't attend after registering?
As long as you register by runtheday.com by May 25, you can transfer your registration or make changes.
Are race t-shirts guaranteed?
T-shirts are first-come, first-served after May 25; register by May 20 to guarantee yours.
What if the race is canceled due to weather?
The race will go on rain or shine. In the event of cancellation, no refunds will be issued.
Where can I pick up my packet?
Packet pickup is Friday, June 5, 4:00-6:30pm at St. Helena School.
