Pacers

Pacemaker groups will be set on the day based on target times communicated during the Renntag for Laufende schedule. Pacers will lead their respective waves to keep runners on target times; flagging may be used on course.

What is included in the race entry fee?

Entry includes an exclusive finisher medal, destination-inspired swag, access to the runner community, a festive finish line celebration, chip timing and results, and recommended lodging options near the course.

Can I change my distance or defer my entry?

You can change distances within the same event via your dashboard (any difference in increase applies). You may defer your entry to any Vacation Races Half Marathon, Ultra, or Trailfest event — a 50% administration fee of the 2026 registration applies.

What are the pickup and parking options on race day?

Bib pickup opens at the Expo and at the start line; shipping is available for a $30 fee. All cars must park by 4:30 PM in designated lots, with shuttles running from parking to the start.
