Q. When does online registration close? A. Online registration stays open through race morning. Q. Is there a course time limit? A. Yes, the course time limit is 2:00:00. The finish line must be cleaned up for the start of the Kenwood 4th of July Parade. Q. Are registrations refundable? A. We offer race refund insurance, which you may select with your registration. If you decide not to select this option, there will be no way to receive a refund if you're unable to attend the race. Q. Can I mail in a registration form? A. No. Registration is online only. Problems? Contact kenwoodfootrace@empirerunners.org Q. Is there any cost to register online? A. Our registration prices are inclusive of the online processing fee. To avoid the fee, you can pay with cash or check at Fleet Feet Santa Rosa on July 3rd. Q. Do I need to sign a waiver? A. Yes. There is an online box that needs to be checked after reading the waiver before registration can be completed. Q. Is there race day registration? A. Yes, starting at 6am in Plaza Park, Kenwood. Q. Is there a family rate for registration? A. No Q. Can someone else pick up my packet? A. Yes. Please bring their email confirmation. Q. Can I pick up my tee shirt at packet pick up? A. Yes. Please pickup the shirt size you registered for. Exchanges will only be made after the race on race day based on availability. Q. Are the race shirts gender specific? A. Youth shirts are gender neutral, adult shirts are gender-specific ​ Q. When do I get my souvenir pint glass? A. Starting in 2019, we're giving out finisher medals instead of a pint glass. Q. Can I register at the store during packet pick up? A. Yes Q. How can I register if I don’t have access to a computer? A. On-site registration is available at packet pickup and on race day. Q. Is there a pancake breakfast? A. Yes, however discounted breakfast tickets are only available at the time of registration while supplies last. Register early to guarantee availability. Discounted entries for race participants are not available at the door. Q. How quickly are results out on race morning? A. Results are available in real-time at the results table. Q. What time does the race start? A. The 3K starts at 7:30am. The 10K starts roughly 3 minutes later (or how long it takes for the man with the starting pistol to run from the 3K start) Q. I am a walker. Can I participate? A. Yes, however please be aware of the 10K course limit of 2:00:00. Q. Can I push a baby jogger or run with my dog? A. Strollers are not allowed. Sorry no dogs.
