About

The Kerry Way Ultra is an extreme ultra running event that traverses the full 200km of the Kerry Way trail through the Old Red Sandstone mountains of County Kerry. Organized by the West Muskerry Harriers, it is a self-sufficient race with no food provided, offering a challenging off-road experience over mountain passes, green trails, and bog.

Catering & aid stations

No food provided by the committee; emergency water only at support crew stops. Self-sufficient race — competitors must carry all nutrition and hydration.

Pacers

Pacemakers are identified on the race-day programme (Renntag für Laufende), with designated start waves flagged by Pacerflaggen to help runners manage target times. Follow the pacers’ guidance for your wave to maintain course pacing and support event flow.
