About

A scenic long-distance trail race across the Kintyre Peninsula in Scotland, offering a challenging off-road experience with sea views, forest tracks and beach sections, with full waymarking, on-course refreshments and post-race recovery services.

Catering & aid stations

On-course Verpflegung: aid stations provide water, sports drinks, gels, bananas and light snacks; recovery zone at the finish includes hot food, drinks, massage and shower facilities. Not Pacemaker lines.

Pacers

Pacemaker/Pacer information: On the race day (Renntag) designated pacers will run specific Startwellen with flagged pace groups; follow your assigned pacer’s signage and target times published on the start corral. Pacemakers help runners maintain target splits and provide course pacing support—look for Pacerflaggen at aid stations and key checkpoints.
