About
Kraftprovet is a 40‑year tradition in Trollhättan combining elite competition and a folkfest, held along the Göta älf canal with varied terrain and historic views. The event programme includes several distances and a fun run.
Catering & aid stations
Sportdryck (Umara) and water are available at 4.5 km and 8 km on the main course, at 3 km for Slussprovet, and at the finish for all participants.
Pacers
Pacemakers are announced for the main fields; refer to the start schedule (Renntag för Laufende) for assigned start waves and pacer flags.

Kraftprovet 11,6 km: What age do I need to be?
No age limit, but you should be prepared for many heavy hills and have run a comparable distance.
How do I qualify for the Elite field?
Submit prior verifiable race results with registration; Elite start numbers are 1–100 and are assigned based on submitted times.
Where is the start and finish?
Start and finish at Hansenplatsen in Trollhättan, about 500 m from the city center.
When are the start times?
Knatteprovet 13:00, Miniprovet 13:30 & 14:00, Slussprovet 14:40, Kraftprovet 16:10, Kraftprovet Fun Run 16:10.
Can I change my race class?
Contact info@kraftprovet.se; name changes are possible without extra cost up to 1 July, after which personal bibs are issued.
Is there a diaper race for kids?
Kids can participate; use the same registration process and note the birth year so the correct wave is assigned.
Where can I pick up my bib and T-shirt?
Bib and T-shirt collection is at the start/finish area on race day from 10:00 until 30 minutes before your start.
What about refunds if I can't run?
Refunds are not given, but you can transfer your entry to another runner or change name up to the deadline.
