About
A scenic trail race in the Kristianstad and Bockeboda area offering varied distances through forest and open terrain, organized by Härlövs IF with Sparbanken Skåne partnership supporting young runners.
Catering & aid stations
Fika, mackor, godis, dricka och grillat till mycket humana priser. Vårmatte och dryck under loppet (vatten, Umara sportdryck, bananer, russin, Nötkräm). Välkomst, drivhus och eftermält.
Pacers
Pacers set target times per start wave: Lead 1: -3:30 min/km, Lead 2: -4:00 min/km, Lead 3: -4:30 min/km, Lead 4: -5:00 min/km, Lead 5: -5:30 min/km, Lead 6: -6:00 min/km, Lead 7: >6:00 min/km. 2026 start groups: 12 km and 6 km start simultaneously; 25 km starts separately. Pacers help keep tempo and distribute bibs with pacer flags.

Who can participate and any age limits?
All ages; youths under 18 run for free (sponsored). Youth class is -18 years; requires after-an-entry fee of 100 kr if registered after 9 November.
What distances are offered and start times?
25 km (10:30), 12 km (10:50), 5 km (10:50), and 6 km (12:00).
How much are registration fees and when does early booking end?
Early booking (until 9 November) costs: 25 km 440 kr, 12 km 370 kr, 5 km 300 kr. After early booking or for after-anmälningar expect higher fees.
Are there aid stations and what is provided?
Yes, aid stations provide water, Umara sport drink, bananas, raisins, and Nötkräm; additional warm drinks at the finish.
Can I run with a dog or pacer?
Dogs are not permitted. Pacers set target times and help with bibs and flags.
What happens if I break a rule or need medical help?
Race rules follow Swedish Athletics Federation; first aid is provided by the Red Cross on site.
