What are the participation formats?
Individual, Tandem, and Relay of 2 cyclists. Relay participation must be declared at registration and does not allow BRM validation.
What is the age requirement?
Open to all cyclists aged 16 and above as of 09/05/2026. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult and provide written parental authorization.
What mandatory equipment is required?
Approved cycling helmet, front and rear fixed non-flashing lights, reflective elements on the bicycle, high-visibility reflective vest or harness, emergency survival blanket, GPS tracker provided by the organization, numbered frame plates and helmet stickers, and a numbered wristband.
Is the event self-supported?
Yes, the Échappée Michelin Paris-Clermont is a self-supported event. No assistance services, coaches, support staff, or follow cars are allowed on the course outside of checkpoints.
What are the registration deadlines?
Registration is online via Sports & Connect. All entries are firm and final. Bib transfer is possible until August 1, 2026. All documents and information must be provided via the platform before August 1, 2026, or registration will be canceled.
What are the delivery options for baggage?
An optional baggage transport service from Brétigny-Sur-Orge to Clermont-Ferrand is offered by reservation at registration. Baggage weight must not exceed 5 kg and must not contain valuables.
