About
A trail running event set in the Entre-Sambre-et-Meuse Natural Park offering multiple distances with big elevation gain, technical trails and no hiding meters — challenging routes from 7 km to 60 km.
Catering & aid stations

Pacemakers are announced on the race-day start corrals and at the start. On the "Renntag für Laufende" page you’ll find target times per start wave and info about Pacer flag(s) on course—follow the pacers’ flags for your designated target time.

Q. Is there any mandatory gear?
Yes, a water reserve and a charged phone. A survival blanket is recommended. Poles are allowed.
Q. Can I register on-site?
No. Registrations must be made online before the race day and within the limit of available spots.
Q. Is there a campsite?
Yes, there is a field available close to the start site.
Q. Where can I park?
Signposted parking lots are available at the entrance of Nismes. Follow the signs.
Q. Are there showers?
Yes, showers are available at the sports center after the race.
Q. Where can I find my result?
Results will be available live on the website of our timing partner Goal Timing.
Q. Can I participate with my dog?
We are doing our best to obtain authorizations from the DNF to be able to welcome dogs on the courses. We will inform you as soon as we have an official response.
Q. Can I leave a bag in the hall?
You can leave a bag in the hall, but there is no supervision (the parking is only 100m away from the hall).
Q. Do you provide GPX tracks?
GPX tracks are provided for the longest distances (please refer to the rules for more information).
Q. What happens if I am sick or injured?
In case of illness or injury, please refer to the conditions detailed in the race rules.
