About

A solidarity run organized by Enfoiros de l’INSA to support the Restos du Cœur of Haute-Garonne, open to runners and walkers across three distance formats on the same day in Toulouse.

Catering & aid stations

Food trucks on the village; specific on-course catering: 6 km — ravitaillement at 4 km and 6 km; 12 km — ravitaillements at 6 km (canal du Midi), 9 km (INSA campus), and arrival at Halle de la Machine.

Pacers

Pacemakers will be provided for the 12 km and 6 km races, aligned with scheduled start waves shown on the event day timeline (12 km at 19:00, 6 km at 19:15). Pacers display flags and target times per wave; check the event site for assigned pacer groups.

Schedule: 17:00 opening and dossard pickup; 18:45 end of dossard/registration; 18:50 warm-up; 12 km starts 19:00, 6 km starts 19:15, 6 km walk starts 19:30; concert at 21:00.
