The 19th edition of La Course TROIS, 2, 1, GO!, presented by Caisse Desjardins du Centre-est de Montréal, is a fundraising event that celebrates diversity and inclusion while supporting families and individuals affected by trisomy 21.
Hot dogs, chips, drinks, and a barbecue available for purchase; participants may also bring their own picnic.
Pace runners (pace bunnies) are available for the 5 km and 10 km timed races to help participants reach target times per start wave; the event opens at 7:00 AM for bib pick-up and races start at approximately 9:00 AM.

You can register online on our website right here. On-site registration will also be available on the morning of the event, subject to space availability. However, we recommend registering in advance.
There are several options: 1 km, 2.5 km, 5 km, and 10 km. Only the 5 km and 10 km races are timed.
You can run or walk at your own pace. Please note, however, that only the 1 km distance is accessible for walking.
Timing for the 5 km and 10 km races is provided by Sport Chrono. Results will be available on their website after each race.
Race bibs can be picked up on the morning of the event starting at 7:00 AM at the chalet in Parc Maisonneuve. One section is reserved for pre-registered participants and another for on-site registrations.
Yes! The course is flat and suitable for participants of all levels. Both the courses and the chalet are accessible to people with reduced mobility.
The 10 km course is two laps of the 5 km course. Pace runners will be present to help participants reach their goals.
Yes! Face painters, mascots, well-known characters, and two inflatable structures for kids. After the races, a big barbecue will be offered.
Yes, you can bring your own picnic. Hot dogs, chips, and drinks will also be available for purchase on site.
There is no parking available at Parc Maisonneuve, as spots are reserved for partners and the RT21 team. Other options are available on nearby streets, at the Botanical Garden, or at the Olympic Stadium. Public transportation is recommended.
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for the weather and your running or walking shoes. You can also wear mismatched socks to support the cause.
Yes! We encourage you to create an individual or team fundraising page, set a goal, and invite your friends and family to support the cause.
You can make a donation directly on a participant’s fundraising page. You can also donate on the website: trisomie.qc.ca. Every contribution helps support people with trisomy 21.
Locker area, food booth for runners, hydration stations along the course, warm-ups before the races, music, and family-friendly activities.
