About

La Diabolik de Ragnar is a 6-hour Nordic Trail in Normandy, certified UTMB Index and ITRA, held in La Hague. The event features a looped course with 450m of elevation gain per loop, set in a Viking-themed endurance challenge.

Aid stations along the course with hot/cold drinks and nutrition.

Pacers

Pacer groups will be available on the 50 km and 25 km courses, with target pacer times displayed on the Regntag schedule and on Pacerflaggen at start waves. Pacers run their designated loops and provide paced support to participants who opt in.

FAQ

What should I bring to the race?

Bring essentials: photo ID, race number (provided on-site), appropriate running gear, weatherproof layers, cap/hat, gloves, hydration, and energy gels. Watch the weather and reduce layers at the start.

Where can I pick up my race pack?

Race packs can be collected at the Village départ/arrivée (11 Rue de l’Église – 50440 La Hague). Collect in person with ID during opening hours; bring a photo ID.

Is there timing and tracking?

Yes, timing is provided for 50 km and 25 km. The 20 km is a timed loop for personal goals; no formal timing. Tracks are available on the website and via GPX.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are permitted. You may transfer your entry to another person. Contact the organizer for transfer requests.

Are there age limits?

You must be at least 16 years old. If under 18, a parental authorization form is required.

Do I need to bring my own pole(s)?

You may use trekking poles if you wish; poles are not permitted on the 20 km course. Poles are authorized on the 25 km and 50 km courses.
