About

A family-friendly trail at the heart of the Flandres mountains of France to Belgium, offering multiple distances for all levels with scenic views and a convivial atmosphere.

Catering & aid stations

Aid stations (ravitaillement) are available on the 22 km course at approximately 10 km (Entre-Deux Monts) and at the finish. No on-course hydration or food is provided on the 10 km or other shorter distances.

Pacers

Pacers are available for several start times listed on the schedule (Regel / Règlement). Pacers set the pace for each start wave (Pacerflaggen) and support runners by maintaining target splits for the 22 km and 10 km events.

FAQ

What are the registration deadlines?

Online registration closes at 20:00 on 09 Oct for 22 km / Zinzin / 10 km; at 20:00 on 17 Oct for 500 m and the randonnée. On-site registration is possible on race day for 500 m and randonnée only, subject to availability.

Is there age-category competition or prizes?

Yes. Medals and wooden trophies are awarded to the top 3 overall men and women in each distance, plus category winners for the 22 km, 10 km, and rando.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, runners may bring their dogs on 22 km, 10 km, and rando events. Dogs must be on a short leash, runners must keep control, and dogs are not permitted in the kids’ race.

What about insurance and security?

The organizer holds liability insurance. Participants are recommended to take out personal accident insurance. Medical assistance is provided by Protection Civile with a doctor on site.
