About
Die Langau wird getragen vom Prinzip der Ehrenamtlichkeit. Neben dem Aufsichtsrat und den Mitgliedern des Vereins Bildungs- und Erholungsstätte Langau e.V. arbeiten jedes Jahr fast 100 Menschen ehrenamtlich in der Langau mit. Ein kleines Team hauptamtlicher Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter koordiniert und unterstützt die Arbeit der Ehrenamtlichen. Unsere Mitarbeitenden in Sekretariat, Küche, Service, auf der Etage und rund um das Haus sorgen dafür, dass Sie sich während Ihres Aufenthaltes in der Langau rundherum wohl fühlen können.

Pacers
Pace groups aligned to the clock with target start windows for each wave. 5000m starts at 15:30; 1000m at 15:10; 400m at 15:00. Participants are grouped per distance and use the same start/finish near Eisstadion on Lechuferstraße.

The event is inclusive: people with and without disabilities of all ages may participate; wheelchair use is allowed.
Can I run with a partner?
Yes — a 'Paarlauf' option is available for participants who do not wish to run alone.
Where can I change and use toilets?
Dressing rooms and barrier-free toilets are available at the Eisstadion, Plantsch Erlebnisbad, and Tennisheim; additionally, Dixie toilets are provided on site.
Is there a course map?
Yes — the route is an even turnaround course along Lechuferstraße, starting and finishing near the Eisstadion.
Do I get a shirt?
Yes — every registered participant receives a Langauer Inklusionslauf shirt.
