Lauf 10 is a 10-week training program designed to help individuals who have not been active or who struggle with fitness to complete a 10-kilometer run. The training is suitable for all aged up to 65 and promotes gradual improvement in endurance.
Water and energy drinks will be provided at designated points along the race route.
Pacers will be available for participants during the 10km race, assisting runners to maintain their target finishing times.
