The 22. Lauf um den Allendorfer Bahnhof (Der Naturlauf im Sorpetal) is a community running event in Allendorf featuring short kids’ runs, a 5 km, a 10 km, and a walking/nordic walking course along the Sorpe river with catering and a festival atmosphere.

Pacers
Pacemakers will be provided on the 5 km and 10 km courses; refer to Renntag start waves and Pacerflaggen for target times per wave.
