About
Le Défi de la Muzelle is a multi‑stage trail experience around the 2 Alpes resort, combining mountain lakes, dramatic ridges and high‑altitude plateau. The event spans several days with four main route options: a 100km/710m D+ grand défi, a 50km/310m D+ petit défi, plus 30km/20km/15km/11km parcours with elevation suited to different abilities.

Pace bands are set per stage at the ‘Renntag pour les coureurs’ page. Refer to the daily stage pages for target times per start wave (Grand Défi: ~4:30–6:00 h; Petit Défi: ~1:15–2:00 h).
