A full circumnavigation of Leeds using the local LCW footpaths — a popular long-distance walk converted to a running event, covering approximately 100km with rural sections and city paths, mostly trail with some tarmac.
Catering & aid stations
Plenty of water and a selection of snacks at checkpoints. Additional nutrition should be carried by runners.
Pacers
Pacers are permitted. They must not carry any mandatory equipment belonging to the entrant. Runners are responsible for their own navigation using the provided GPX and course markers.

What time does the race start?
Race start at 08:00. Early start option available from 05:00 for competitors wishing to complete the race within 18–24 hours.
