FAQ

Who can participate and are there age categories?

Open to everyone — individuals, families, and teams. Categories: Minimes (5 km only), Cadets, Juniors, Espoirs, Seniors, and Masters. Minors require parental authorization.

Do I need to bring proof of fitness or a health certificate?

No health certificate is required for the walk. For the 5 km and 11 km races, you must provide either a valid FFA license or a printed PPS (passport sportif) — upload during registration and bring the original for on-site verification.

What about children and dog walking?

Children under 12 can join the walk for free when registered with an adult. Dogs are permitted on the walk only, must be on a leash at all times, and are not allowed on the racing courses.

Are there aid stations and what should I bring?

The 11 km race has a mid-course refreshment station. No aid stations on the 5 km or walk. Bring your own water, especially in warm weather, and wear appropriate shoes for the valley terrain.
