About
The LewisGale Salem Half Marathon, 8K and Kids Fun Run, hosted by the City of Salem, takes runners from the Salem Farmers Market in downtown Salem on a scenic course through neighborhoods, Roanoke College, and the downtown business district. The event is managed by Blue Ridge Racing.
