About
The unique ultra-endurance event with hourly starts on a 6.7km loop for runners and a 5km loop for walkers. Held at the Sportplatz Embsen near Lüneburg, it features a continuous competition until only one participant remains.

FAQ
Who can participate?
The event is open to participants who are at least 18 years old on race day; separate categories for runners (6.7km) and walkers (5km) with no age classes or gender splits.
What is the format?
Continuous hourly starts on the hour from 11:00 UTC+2, 6.7km loop for runners and 5km loop for walkers. Each loop must be completed within 60 minutes or the participant is eliminated.
Is there an elimination round or winner?
The event continues until only one participant completes a loop within the time limit. That participant is the winner; all others are classified as did not finish.
What is provided at the start/finish?
Toilets, changing cabins, showers in the sports hall, verpflegung with running drinks and snacks, and a DNF medal for non-finishers; winners receive a trophy.
Can I withdraw or change dates?
No refunds for non-attendance or cancellation. Ummeldung is only possible online via the timer system before the registration closure (17.04.2026) for a 10 EUR fee.
Are walking sticks allowed?
No walking sticks are permitted.
