Are dogs allowed?
Only service animals are permitted on the course. Leave pets at home on race day.
Are strollers permitted on the route?
Yes, strollers are permitted. Participants with strollers should stay to the back of the start line and be mindful of others.

The event is named 'Milk Run' due to a longstanding partnership with local dairy producers.
Is this an official timed run?
Yes, both the 5K and 10K are official chip-timed events.
Can walkers participate?
Yes, all fitness levels are welcome. Walkers should use the sidewalk when the course is closed after the time limit.
How long is the route closed?
The route is closed for 90 minutes. After that, remaining participants should proceed on the sidewalk and obey traffic rules.
