A scenic ride and run benefiting local military and first responders, hosted by the Coronado Rotary Club on the shores of Coronado Beach.

Catering & aid stations

Water stations at the start/finish (Sunset Park) and at the turn-around point on the Shores; post-race fresh water rinse and free chain lube for bikes.

Pacers

Pacers will be present on the run course with pacer flagging; target times are published on the race-day schedule (Renntag für Laufende) at the Sunset Park start area.

FAQ

Will packet/bib pick-up be available in the morning prior to the race start?

Yes. Pre-Packet Pickup and Live Registration is held Friday, July 17, 2026, 4PM–6PM behind U.S. Bank at 800 Orange Ave, Coronado, CA 92118. Race-day pickup is also available at Sunset Park from 7AM until the 8AM start.

Can I run along the beach with the other runners even if I don't register?

No. Due to military security, bibs are required. Without a bib you will be turned back.

Are dogs allowed in the race?

No. Dogs are not allowed on the race course or beaches.

Do children biking under 18 need helmets?

Yes. Children under 18 must wear a helmet; local minor cycling laws apply on streets and beaches.

Are there age limits or ID requirements to enter?

No ID is required to receive your Bib, and there are no age limits. Children small enough to be pushed in a jogger or riding in a bike seat may attend for free with an adult.

Is my registration/ticket transferable?

All tickets are non-transferable unless authorized by event organizers.

What is the refund policy?

There are no refunds on purchased tickets.

Are there water stations?

Yes. Water stations are located at Sunset Park (start and finish) and at the turn-around point on the Shores.

Are baby strollers or joggers allowed?

Yes. There is no additional fee for baby strollers or joggers.
